Jerome Fleenor has thirty five years of experience in the manufacturing industry having responsibility for directing and implementing design activities related to project scope, specifications and cost estimating. Jerome was with Altria for 29 years as a senior designer and associate staff engineer. His most recent responsibilities included acting as the liaison between marketing and manufacturing. He has been instrumental in the effective management and directing of engineering consulting firms and contractor activities. In this capacity he performed the duties of project management including the preparation of project schedules, estimates and business case analysis for several high level marketing driven projects. He holds several patents in packaging related design components.
Jerome has recently left Altria and has joined Renaissance Resources and will head up the technical contract services business for the manufacturing sectors. In this capacity we will provide top notched technical resources to manufacturing on a contract basis.
After College Jerome went to work for various manufacturing concerns and continued his education acquiring training in mechanical and architectural drafting and structural design. He has continued his education at J Sergeant Reynolds, John Tyler, the University of Richmond and VCU with emphasis in CAD, Project Management and Interdisciplinary studies.
